Hands free during inspections

A technician in the field can ask a colleague in the office for help through AR, for example by starting a live video. You can also quickly convert inspection steps into a visual workflow. Technicians can then go through these steps offline, keeping their hands free, and record information immediately.

Of course, everything is integrated into SAP. Examples include insights into communication around a work order after a work planner has called a technician from the FSM planning board. Or the automatic creation of measurement reports after a technician has started an AR inspection from an SAP mobile application.

Eneco improves process with innovative ICT solutions

Eneco is facing personnel challenges and increasing costs as a result of its ‘off-gas-free’ ambitions. To address this problem, Ideo has carried out a co-innovation project together with SAP and TeamViewer to support the field service personnel of the Heat department (Eneco Heat). The use of AR with TeamViewer will help Eneco to manage the fast-growing heat networks and limit the increasing personnel costs.
