The end of the year is approaching. The time to take care of the last matters and clean up the mess created throughout the year. This way you can start 2024 with a clean slate. In this article we look back on 2023 and we also look ahead to 2024, in which, as far as we are concerned, an S/4HANA transition is equivalent to a clean slate, or in our technical terms a “clean core”. On October 10, we celebrated our 25th anniversary for customers and partners during an anniversary event in our ‘home base’ in Den Bosch.

Even after 25 years, there is the ambition to do better for our customers, but how well are we doing at the moment? We had this investigated through a customer satisfaction survey.

Eneco faces personnel challenges and increasing costs as a result of its “go-off-gas” ambitions. To address this problem, Ideo has carried out a co-innovation project together with SAP and TeamViewer to support the field staff of the Heat department (Eneco Heat).

Ideo supports in service and maintenance. We do this with great passion for our customers, but now also beyond. The need and motivation to support people on a broader level in our field is significant. That’s why Ideo has started a collaboration with the Gered Gereedschap Foundation.

Ideo’s Salesforce business unit will have its own name. BlueHike is the new name for our ClickSoftware and Salesforce practice.
