- First meeting: getting to know our peopleIf your application meets the requirements, we’ll invite you to our offices for an introductory interview. This first interview isn’t with HR, but with your future colleague(s) so you can find out exactly what the job entails. We’d like to spend some time with you, as for us every conversation is the possible start of a long-term relationship. If you’re not the candidate we’re looking for, we’ll let you know within a week.
- Second interview: deepening our relationshipIf there’s a good match on both sides, we’ll take the next step. The second interview is therefore all about your position, activities, and the match with your experience. We are particularly interested in your ambitions.
- Contract proposalWe'll let each other know if we want to go for it within a week. If it’s a ‘go’, we’ll come up with a suitable contract proposal.
